he National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a Flash Flood Watch for our area from 1 PM this afternoon (9/17) through tomorrow, Wednesday(9/18) afternoon.
The Flash Flood Watch will probably need to be extended through Wednesday(9/18) night over parts of Southeast Texas and and may also need to be expanded further north.
