Admin. Captain: Corey Chierighino

Corey Chierighino and his family moved to Pecan Grove in 1994, from Boling, Tx. He has lived in this community since then and witnessed the many changes this area has gone through. He grew up playing T-ball where Randalls currently sits and riding his bike all through the neighborhood with friends as a child. He finds himself constantly telling his wife how he remembers all the pastures that use to be around the area. In his full time he works in the beer distribution business since 2009. In his free time he is a carpenter and a musician (drums for the win!).

In 2013 he decided to join the Fire Department and PGVFD as the perfect way to give back to the community he loves. He has been with the department ever since! He currently holds State Fire Certifications since 2014 and EMT-B certification through the State of Texas since 2015. In 2020 Corey was voted into the position of Administrative Captain by the membership of the department. He looks forward to continuing to support the Pecan Grove community in any capacity that he can!
